In case of service interruption due to system maintenance, upgrade, sudden failure, etc., the platform will try its best to restore the service, but will not bear the indirect losses caused thereby.
If a user has a dispute due to the use of third-party services or content (such as link jump, third-party payment), the platform does not assume any responsibility and the user should resolve it with the relevant third party.
The conclusion, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China.
If the two parties have any disputes regarding this Agreement, they shall first be resolved through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court where the platform is located.
The headings of this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the substance of the terms.
If some of the terms of this Agreement are invalid, it will not affect the validity of other terms;
The right to interpret and modify this Agreement belongs to the Platform.
This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior written or oral negotiations.
